Yoga is the union of these three.  When most people think of yoga they think of asanas or postures.  This is only part of yoga.  Yoga also consists of pranayama or breathing exercises, as well as meditation.  Never taken yoga before, that’s ok, come try it out.  Have you taken yoga?  Why not try out one of my classes.  You’ll leave feeling more relaxed than when you came!
